Peter Scott

Peter is a chartered accountant with extensive experience of Shared Services and BPO, especially for Finance and HR environments.
He focuses on pan-European and global IT and BPO deals, especially for Finance and HR. His extensive knowledge of the market has enabled clients to achieve cost reductions on new and existing deals of between 25% and 40%. His particular expertise is in Finance where he has personally advised on more deals than any other advisor in the market – over 10% of the deals which exist today.
His experience includes setting up new deals with clients as diverse as Nestlé, Whitbread, Philip Morris International and SKF. In addition, he has helped several clients turn round underperforming deals.
Prior to Alsbridge Peter worked for KPMG Consulting for 17 years, including six years as a partner, where he specialised in finance process improvement. He also led KPMG's successful World Class Finance team, which included large pan-European Shared Services projects for blue chip clients.
