Paul Morrison
Partner, Head of BPO and Shared Services Practice
Paul is an expert in global outsourcing strategy and deal-making. His advisory work is focused on shaping sustainable and competitive sourcing strategies, from initial feasibility assessment, business case analysis, through to supplier selection, contract development and post-contract optimisation. Paul is also a subject matter expert on governance, offshoring strategy and deal commercials.
Paul has 15 years blue-chip consulting and outsourcing advisory experience, working globally in industries as diverse as financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, telecoms, media and the public sector. Paul’s experience covers both IT and business process outsourcing, and also includes the set up and governance of HR and Finance shared services.
As well as leading Alsbridge’s BPO and Shared Services Practice, Paul sits on the Outsourcing and Offshoring Committee at Intellect, the UK’s High Tech Industry trade association (where he authored the ‘Offshore Futures Report’ on trends in global sourcing). Paul was also recently a Director at the National Outsourcing Association. Prior to joining Alsbridge in 2004, Paul was a strategy consultant at Accenture.
