• Achieved 66% savings for an international retailer wishing to outsource F&A, HR and Payroll services. Alsbridge helped all the way from business case, through supplier selection, definition of commercial terms and then advised the client throughout the contract negotiation process
• Drove a 30%percent run rate saving for a major UK retailer by outsourcing their IT service desk function to an offshore provider. Simultaneously, the new solution increased the availability of service desk to the user by 30% to an ‘18 hour by 7 day’ coverage. 

• Delivered £2.6m per annum savings and 62% IRR for a global drinks brand through outsourcing F&A processes from an existing SSC and from decentralised locations.. Alsbridge’s engagement resulted in a signed contract with a global F&A supplier and an agreed transition programme across all markets globally.   
• Helped a major global brand to achieve a strategic transition from a fragmented to a single European platform for payroll/time and attendance. Alsbridge led the RFP process, and supplier selection then, advised on commercial terms.  Once the deal was signed we developed and delivered a change management strategy throughout the entire phase of implementation.
