HR Sourcing and Transformation Group
The HR Sourcing and Transformation Group was set up by Alsbridge plc in March 2008 to provide a forum in which HR, Finance and Procurement representatives from client-side organisations can learn from each other, by meeting and talking to other firms in a similar situations, and within a structured network environment.
The purpose of the Group is to enable members to provide mutual support and guidance to each other by drawing on their own experiences in HR Sourcing and Transformation. Alsbridge plc provide facilitation for the group, and membership is free to all organisations that are planning or undergoing HR Transformation initiatives, making HR Sourcing decisions, or are already using transformed models, such as Outsourcing in the delivery of HR services.
