Our client is part of the largest insurance services provider in the UK, and had been undertaking an extensive programme to change the way the company works for its staff. As part of this, the company is dedicated to improving Learning & Development across all UK business. This transformational phase includes the introduction of a Learning Management System, and a suite of E-enabled HR and Finance processes.


Our client was seeking to deliver a Learning Management System tailored to the needs of its staff as part of a broader HR Transformational scheme. The objective was to drive self-service and blended learning and to deliver commercially value-adding learning solutions.
