Following our appointment as specialist outsourcing adviser to a leading retail bank, Alsbridge was asked to provide guidance for the bank’s KPO strategy and develop formal recommendations.  Our rapid and impartial advice on the KPO market, its risks and opportunities, ensured the bank’s strategy was in synch with the market direction.  In addition, we supported the bank’s supplier scan process, interviewing KPO providers, and helping to generate a shortlist of potential suppliers.

Legal Processes
Legal process outsourcing (LPO) is a growing market and covers commodity legal processes which can be performed remotely such as e-discovery, due diligence and contract drafting. It also includes legal support processes such as research, document management and legal secretarial work. We help clients address the key challenges of LPO, so they can disaggregate from the front line services those activities which can be packaged up and offshored whilst maintaining service delivery at the expected quality standards.

Alsbridge undertook a wide-ranging business review on behalf of a Top 15 Law Firm, to identify areas suitable for outsourcing and offshoring, advise on potential providers and develop a business case. As a result a £1.3m per annum cost saving opportunity was scoped with a 12 month plan for it's realisation, with further more substantial savings in Legal Process Outsourcing.
