The Recruitment Process
Alsbridge plc takes time and effort to get to know the candidates during the interview process. There are three stages to the process; (a first interview, a second interview and ultimately a final meeting), pre-screening to establish suitability to the role. The first interview takes place with one of the management team and the second interview with a Board Member. The final process is an informal meeting over tea/coffee with a member of staff; this gives the candidates an idea of the culture and environment of Alsbridge in an informal setting.
Alsbridge believes that interviews are a two way process and it is just as important for a candidate to get a feel for the culture and the values that we believe in.
Our work is conducted at clients' sites with days, sometimes weeks, away from home location. The projects can be national across the UK and Ireland and across continental Europe. As a management consultancy, it is important that consultants are flexible when it comes to location.
