Andy Kitcher
Partner, Head of C&I Sector – Telecoms, Media, Entertainment, Energy & Utilities
Andy has 20 years experience in shared services and outsourcing, from strategy development through design and implementation of the solution. He has developed, built and implemented both in-house shared services as well as outsourced operations. Andy is a Chartered Management Accountant and worked for a number of years in industry before moving into business consulting.
As Sector Leader for Commerce & Industry (Telecoms, Media, Entertainment, Energy & Utilities), he is responsible for developing our services to clients which enable them to achieve their business strategy, functional objectives and deliver maximum value through optimising their support services operating model. Where clients work with 3rd parties, Andy has helped many to develop successful and lasting relationships with their service providers.
Prior to Alsbridge, Andy spent 4 years with Centrica (British Gas) where he led the process design streams for a support services transformation programme encompassing F&A, Procurement and HR. Prior to Centrica, he worked for 15 years as a consultant with Capgemini, Ernst & Young, and Coopers & Lybrand.
